In this blog I would love to discuss a theme that has been popping up lately, and that is the theme of weight loss! With new restrictions in place in many parts of Australia and a hesitation to go to the gym from some clients, weight loss has become a common theme as many of my herbsonlineshop clients are seeking new and improved ways to loose weight.

We use Green Tea for its ability to help the metabolism work more efficiently. The caffeine and flavonoid (called catechin) in Green Tea can help to break down excess fat. Finally we use Bladderwrack. Bladderwrack supports the thyroid gland, which secretes hormones which stimulate the metabolic system, breathing, body temperature and heart rate.
