Hot Flushes Herbal : A blend of herbal extracts traditionally used to alleviate hot flushes in association with menopause - sage, withania, wild yam, red clover, hops.

Sage - Sage (Salvia officinalis) has been traditionally used to treat sweating and menopausal hot flushes, as well as to alleviate associated menopausal symptoms and as a general tonic.

Withania - withania (ashwagandha) – traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to relieve nervous tension and assist in coping with stress.

Wild Yam - The bulb and roots of wild yams contain a chemical called diosgenin, which can influence the production of several useful hormones in humans, such as estrogen or dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). Consuming wild yam may be a natural way of promoting these hormones in the body, which can reduce hot flushes inn menopausal women.

Red Clover - Red clover (Trifolium pratense) contains isoflavones, a type of phytoestrogen. Phytoestrogens have a similar chemical makeup to estrogen, the female hormone that declines with menopause. For this reason, it may have benefits for menopausal symptoms such as bone density loss, hot flashes, night sweats, and/or high cholesterol.
