Inflammation is a very important part of the human body’s immune response. When we get a cut on our body, the inflammatory response allows the body to get to work healing the damaged part of the body. Pain, heat, redness, loss of function and swelling are some of the symptoms of inflammation due to a cut or infection in the skin. However, when inflammation moves deeper within the body, we are at a very high risk for chronic disease including auto immune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.

There are plenty of lifestyle and environmental factors that can greatly contribute to inflammation within the body, which include foods such as processed meats, sugar, fried foods, white bread, white pasta, gluten, soybeans, vegetable oil and processed snacks. If you are suffering from inflammation within the body, you may notice signs such as fatigue, fever, irritability, mouth sores, pain within the muscles, chest pain, inflamed tongue, rash and water weight or a puffy look to your body. Inflammation in the body can be caused by long-term exposure to irritants such as industrial chemicals, polluted air and foods that cause irritation in the body.

When I suspect a patient is suffering from issues due to inflammation, I highly recommend they begin using the Herbs Online Shop Inflammation Liquid Herbal Extract Drops. These drops are formulated using a unique blend of my favourite herbs for inflammation, including cats claw, devils claw, turmeric and burdock. These herbs work to alleviate inflammation in joints, tendons and muscles and have been used traditionally for hundreds of years. As Turmeric is such a powerful herb for curing inflammation I always advise patients also start to include it in their meals. Turmeric is composed of many healing properties including curcumin, which has the capacity to reduce inflammation in the body due to two dozen anti-inflammatory compounds, while also acting as an anti-oxidant.
